Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the service amount.
Business Hours
Our working hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Messages received outside of these hours will be responded to during the next business day.
Quotes & Payments
Once a quote has been issued and accepted by the customer, it is final and non-negotiable. No discounts or price reductions will be applied after agreement.
Failure to complete payment may result in legal action or reversal of the service where applicable.
Service Responsibility & Warranty
Certain services are carried out at the customer’s own risk.
Services that include a warranty allow up to 30 days from completion to report any issues or make a claim.
File Retention
All original files will be stored for up to 2 months from the date of service. After this period, files may be permanently deleted.
